Established in 2018, Bespoke Property Services North East Ltd initially emerged as a response to inadequate agent portfolio management leading to suboptimal investment performance. Founded by Nick and Jonathan, the company has since evolved into a prominent player in Property Investment throughout the North East, experiencing consistent and lucrative year-on-year growth.
Benefiting from Nick's business acumen and Jonathan's extensive background in property, BPS is committed to delivering distinctive, customised solutions that cater to the specific needs of clients and investors. MEET THE TEAM
JONATHAN KIRK
Director
Jonathan's journey in the property industry commenced right after university, showcasing a diverse array of experiences within the sector. His career trajectory began as a Lettings Administrator at a small independent agency specialising in the student market. From there, he advanced to the position of Senior Lettings Negotiator, handling high-end rentals before transitioning to new build, affordable housing sales with a prominent national organisation.
During his tenure with the national organisation, Jonathan progressed from a Sales Executive to the role of Sales Operations Manager, overseeing developments on a nationwide scale. In 2020, he decided to depart from the Operations Manager role to concentrate, alongside Nick, on the expansion of Bespoke Property Services. Together, they bring forth a comprehensive suite of tailored solutions spanning the entire property market.
NICK RUDD
Director
Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Rudd Group, a family-owned independent enterprise specialising in supplying products to the hospitality sector, Nick has effectively led the company for the past decade after assuming the reins from his father. Apart from his commitment to the Rudd Group, Nick, along with his family, manages a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, engaging in property investment for numerous years. This extensive involvement has equipped Nick with a profound understanding of the critical factors for sustained, long-term investment success, adeptly balancing the equilibrium between risk and return on investment.
Nick's association with Jonathan dates back to their high school years, where they first met at the age of 12. Three years ago, they jointly established a property investment company, witnessing not only successful investments but also achieving year-on-year growth.
